Cumbira Lancashire

Is a day of activities to inspire young people to think about their Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) related skills and how they can be used in the world of work.

They will meet people that work in STEM, are studying STEM and find out about the fantastic opportunities to study STEM further and work in the local area.

These activities are held at various partner institutions across Lancashire, where the young people will be shown opportunities and options available to them at further and higher education levels.

Throughout the day students will complete a Skills Passport which encourages them to record any interesting information, ideas or follow up information from each of the sessions which can be referred to when they return to school.
